I loved this one so much, I bought it 5 more times for family members! 

Nice kit with good instructions.  It turned out very nicely and works well.

Maybe our favorite Kiwi Co purchase. It is better quality than expected and now is the center of our dinner table for the second December, bringing a quiet calm to the end of the day. 

Absolutely adorable.  Lots of fun putting it together with my granddaughter.

Great little project, my kids love it. It's also a little reminder of the carousel my grandparents had. Get the fan blades at just the right angel can get frustrating but good for problem solving. 

We’ve put it back together and enjoyed it the past 3 years!

Fairly easy to put together and loved how well it worked. It was also easy to take apart a apart and store  in the cutest came in. It will be part of our Christmas decorations from now on! 

Such a fun crate!  I got it because I had a metal candle carousel growing up that I loved.  We did it on our last day of school before break and the kids really enjoyed it.  Used it with ages 4-13.  Younger kids decorated with stickers, older kids helped put it together.  Works great and is good quality.  Liked it so much that I ordered one for my sister and her family to enjoy. 

This was the most wonderful project to work on with my 6 year old. She loved every step and the entire project was perfect for her ability level. The finished product is so absolutely cute. We light it from time to time and plan to have it going on Christmas Day. 

We loved this crate! The instructions were easy to follow, and our 9 year old did most of the assembly himself. The carousel looks so cute and works great! 

Our niece LOVED making this crate! She is 7 and it was challenging enough that she needed a little help. This kit is really well made and I can see setting it out to enjoy every Christmas to come.

This house was so much fun for my son to put together!  It's become one of my favorite christmas decorations around the house and will be cherished for years to come.  Great kit, thanks!

We had some trouble getting the fishing line tight.

There must be a better way to attach the roof lights. Everything we tried and they would still slip so they are not where they are suppose to be for the light to shine through. Disappointed

We really enjoyed this crate though you have to be very careful when connecting the battery to the LED strip or the prongs will break off. We added extra decorations using fingernail stickers and gems! 

We loved the Santa’s light up workshop. One thing that could be made better is the roof design. With the current design, the roof kept on falling off that was less than ideal. 

This was so adorable! My 7 year old daughter loved. A little challenging for her but big sister helped her out. 

This grandma purchased Christmas Kiwi crates for 6 grandchildren for a family craft night with pizza and hot chocolate. Every single choice was a hit, with me, grandpa, and parents helping as needed. Santa’s workshop was independently constructed by a pair of girl cousins, ages 8 and 11, with only a bit of help from one electrical engineer daddy! (Overkill!) We were delighted when they lit up so beautifully, crystal beads glistening on the roof. The roly poly snowman was an adorable addition. I think ones own decor could be added as well, but we were happy with the results. And no toss in battery tea light, either….a full functioning outside switch to teach the fundamentals! Very happy with purchase!

The building itself went together well, the lights fit in lovely, but the beads on the roof kept giving way and we had a few episodes of beads all over the floor. A hot glue gun fixed the trick.   We also used a few decorations from the other kit and put stats and decorations in the windows and that was a nice added touch.
Please send me a review on the Christmas candle carousel as we did have an issue with that but again we’re able to fix it


Was a little difficult to string the beads. 

My just-turned-8 year old needed more help than anticipated with this one. Getting the strung beads tight enough to rest where they were meant to on the roof was a bit of a challenge, even for me! The fishing line and sticker combo gave us some trouble, the line broke one time, beads went flying when a sticker didn't hold. But, we eventually got it and do love the finished result. The other parts of the project were manageable for the 8yo independently, and it looks nice in the window at night. 

This was a fun project!! My 4 year old help string the beads. He thought it was awesome 

My kids loved making it and then creating their imaginary Santa’s village - my boy especially loved it so I took some photos of him playing ?

This is so beautiful! My grandson loved making it and gifted it to his grandfather for Christmas. 

It was a fun activity for the 4 year old to put together (with help). He enjoyed using the crank to make the figures move. The lower location of the crank was a little difficult to turn easily, so we put it on a stand when using.

This was a lot of fun to build with my 6 year old. He needed some guidance to make sure he was following the instructions specifically. The adhesive strips that hold the reindeer and Santa’s sleigh onto their posts failed after a day or two so consider using some glue.

This one was cute. The turning mechanism needed a little tweaking to be smoother, but it was still doable the way it was. Granddaughter loved it. 

This box was fantastic. My 6 year old grandson had a great time assembling it. The precise instructions were very easy to follow and the result made him feel very proud. This is our third project from Kiwico and we have enjoyed them all. I have given several friends with grandchildren information about the kits and how much we enjoy them.

My 4 year old grandson was able to help with most of the set-up - it is fun and it works! 

There 11 year old girl loved it!!!!  She put it together by herself.

This was a great project to do with my 4 year old. I had to help her with the directions and show her what to do and from there she took the lead and did it herself. She's been playing with it every day since she made it. 

It was awesome. My grandson and I assembled it together. It was fun for both of us. He loved doing it and now it is on display in his room. 

Simple to put together for my 6 and 8yo. Straightforward instructions. It was rewarding, fun, and it was neat to learn about this kind of crank mechanism.

A lovely bundle to build, interesting for both boys and girls, value for money as a bundle.

My 10-year-old daughter really enjoyed doing these three projects. We thought she'd like the Santa's sleigh project most, but she enjoyed the other two even more. She really liked decorating the Santa's workshop with color, which added a lot to the finished product. And we enjoyed making the Christmas candle carousel and loved learning about the history and science behind it. We even tried to experiment with it by taking it outside to make a greater difference in temperature, but a small wind made it difficult (still, it was a learning experience). All in all, this was a great collection of gifts for a 10-year-old!

We LOVED the house. That was our favorite one. Our least favorite one was the santa sled. The reindeer and sled did not stick very well. I think the saddest part of us was the gears to move the reindeer up and down didn't work very well.  The sled barely moved and if you tried to make it gears turn then the handle snapped right off. my son was devastated.  Love the idea of it just wished it worked better and didnt break. They last stem on with the fan work great. easy build and worked. great

It was great set of kits! my 5 year old loved making them. I had to help, of course, but well worth the money.

Just spending time with my son and teaching him that stem comes together to create amazing things. It can be fun.

This was a great holiday activity for my 7-10 year olds! Looked very nice in the house once done for display too

Deer, didn't rotate smoothly. Hands cranked backward was a bit better.

So fun to work together to assemble and talk about how each project works. My kids and nephew loved it!

These projects were all super fun and very different from each other. My daughter is 6 and she just needed a litttle help with the Santa’s workshop, but the other two projects she was able to do solo! These kids are beautifully made, high quality and have great instructions that a young child can follow. 

Daughter loved all these. We also liked them.  One piece of feedback would be is to make the candles attachable. It seems a fire hazard to have the candle so easily movable.

My granddaughters really enjoyed these holiday kits! 

Brilliant Christmas activities! Our box was missing the reindeer with faces but we made do with some cardboard cutouts of our own and improvised!

We really loved this bundle. It was very I retesting and my kids enjoyed putting it together and playing with it. The only “complaint” is that the Santa’s reindeer and sleigh kit is missing a piece. We received 4 “no face reindeer” and only 2 “with face reindeer”. But other than that it highly recommend this kit to all families :) 

My granddaughter loved it! Thanks for helping a far-away grandma bring some delight to the season.
