From the desk of the product designer:
Behind the design
“During prototype testing, we noticed that kids just loved playing with the blocks — even when they weren’t fitting them into the sorter. That’s why we made the blocks so big and chunky, so they could function on their own as a block-stacking game. Two ways to play = twice the fun! ”

It was a nice toy. But a couple of the shapes could be put in with different orientations. That is not representative of typical cell bindings.

I really liked the product because it is made out of quality materials-wood, and it makes it fun to learn about different shapes, manual dexterity, hand - eye coordination, and thinking through problems for little ones.
